Paint the walls of the buildings in one

shape changing the colours as you work.

Try some plastic food wrap effects on the rocks.

Carefully paint the background trees upside down.

Wash out some tree trunks with clean water.

(ultramarine blue washes out very easily).

Paint the railing on the building (left) by painting

dark areas between the railings.
