Colours: Lemon yellow, cadmium red (or another bright red), sap green, ultramarine blue

| Add a second pansy slightly behind the first |
add the 3rd and 4th pansies and start adding the leaves in loose washes of green + yellow or green + blue |

Keeping some hard and some soft edges continue adding leaves and stems. Leave some tiny pieces of white paper it will lighten the composition. Add veins on leaves and centre details with a rigger |
